How do I open the panel?
Click the Rankfinity icon in the Chrome toolbar. If you do not see it, click the puzzle icon and pin Rankfinity.
The bar on Google results or the Business Profile tile does not show
Open the extension’s settings and turn on “Show Rankfinity on Google results and in your Business Profile panel”, then allow access to google.com when Chrome asks. The Business Profile tile appears only for people who manage the profile, and only when Google’s interface is in English.
Is the page I check sent to you?
No. Page content is read in your browser. The address of a page is sent only when you click Run audit, so our server can fetch it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account?
No for the checks that run in your browser. A free Rankfinity account unlocks every issue’s details, draft fixes, rank tracking and AI brand checks.
How do I remove the extension or my data?
Remove it from chrome://extensions. Signing out deletes the sign-in token from your browser. To delete your Rankfinity account data, email us from the address on the account.
