Client reports

The reason the retainer
survives month six.

A block builder for the map, the table and the chart, frozen into a snapshot and shared as a link that carries your logo. No login for the client, no seat to pay for.

A client who cannot see what you did will leave.

The work is real and the results are real, and none of that helps if the monthly update is a spreadsheet nobody opens. What lands is a picture: last month this square was orange, this month it is green.

That is why reporting is a first-class module here rather than an export button bolted on the end.

What the module gives you.

Frozen data snapshots

The numbers in a sent report do not shift afterwards. What the client reads in three weeks is what you approved when you sent it.

Share links with revocable tokens

One URL, read-only, no account. Revoke it the moment the engagement ends.

Your logo and your colours

White label on the Agency and self-hosted plans. The report looks like it came from you, because it did.

Before and after on one grid

The comparison view drawn on the same coordinates, which is the single most persuasive thing in the whole tool.

Under the hood

What a shared link can and cannot reach.

A share token resolves to one frozen report and nothing else. It cannot browse projects, run scans or spend from your data account. Revoking it takes one click and breaks the link immediately.

If a client needs standing access instead, create a user scoped to their project alone. For most agencies the link is better: one thing to open once a month, rather than another system to log into.

The rest of the toolkit.

Every module reads the same project. Add a keyword in one and it appears in the others immediately.

Send the link that keeps the retainer.

The modules are working and access is opening soon. Join the early-access list and you go first when it opens. No calls, no credit card.
