Last updated: 20 August 2026. This page explains what Rankfinity collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask for. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
This site and the Rankfinity product are operated by Smart Noud EOOD, Bulgaria, contact office@rankfinity.app. Under the GDPR we are the controller for the data described below.
Three fields: your name, the domain you would track, and your work email. They are submitted through Web3Forms, which relays the message to us by email. We use them for one purpose, which is to contact you about early access. There is no newsletter and no automated sequence.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete the record.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages get read. IP anonymisation is on. No personal data from the form is ever pushed into the analytics layer.
Cookie consent is handled by the consent banner on this site. Where consent is required, analytics load only after you give it.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build profiles across other websites. The only processors involved are the ones named here.
Server logs record IP address, browser and requested page for security and troubleshooting, and are kept for a short retention period by the host.
Early-access enquiries are kept until access opens and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to office@rankfinity.app and we will answer within thirty days. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it and the previous version is available on request.
